Emirates Group announces 17,300 global job openings in 2025

New roles include cabin crew, pilots, engineers, IT, HR and finance

DUBAI: The Emirates Group has launched a wide-scale global talent acquisition campaign to fuel its next chapter of innovation and expansion.

This financial year, the aviation giant plans to recruit over 17,300 professionals across 350 roles, a figure roughly equal to a mid-sized town or the seating capacity of 58 Airbus A350 aircraft.

The roles cut across every division within Emirates, the world’s largest international airline, and dnata, a global air and travel services provider. From cabin crew, pilots, engineers and commercial teams to IT, HR, finance, catering and customer service, hundreds of positions are open within each domain. dnata alone is seeking more than 4,000 cargo, ground handling and catering specialists.

Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline & Group, remarked: “The Emirates Group’s people strategy is anchored in Dubai’s Economic Agenda D33 and our own projected growth and expansion. We’re seeking world-class talent to fuel our bold ambition, redefine the future of aviation, and continue our commitment and culture of innovation and excellence.”

Over the coming months, the Group is organising more than 2,100 talent events across 150 cities worldwide. These include recruitment open days for cabin crew, pilots, engineers and IT specialists, and targeted events in Dubai aimed at UAE national graduates and students. Many sessions will allow candidates to interact directly with experienced recruiters and long-serving employees.

Impressive numbers

Since 2022, the Group has welcomed over 41,000 new professionals, with nearly 27,000 hired in operational roles alone. Its workforce today stands at 121,000.

The previous financial year saw the Group receive over 3.7 million job applications, highlighting its strong employer brand, competitive Dh tax-free salaries, and comprehensive benefits.
